What began as an exploration of colour and texture has evolved into a body of work that spans alcohol ink art, acrylic pouring, palette knife paintings, and intricate ink doodles layered over fluid art backgrounds.
Working primarily with acrylics on canvas and alcohol inks on synthetic paper, every piece emerges from a dialogue between control and surrender — between the precise hand-drawn line and the unpredictable flow of ink beneath it.
No two pieces begin the same way. Sometimes it starts with a colour that won't leave my mind. Other times, it's the feeling of a season, a sound, or a silence. The first marks on the surface are always intuitive — guided by feeling, not planning.
Once the foundation is laid — whether it's a pool of alcohol ink or a sweep of acrylic — the piece starts speaking. Layers build. Lines appear. Details emerge in dialogue with the chaos beneath. This is where control and surrender meet.
